may thereafter belong to the said corporation, according to
the rules of discipline of the said Methodist Episcopal Church
in the United States.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all property now
owned and held by said corporation shall continue to be
owned and held thereby as fully and in the same manner
as if said limitation as to value and amount thereof had not
been contained in its original charter as aforesaid.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 120.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 12
of the Charter of the Mutual Fire Insurance Company in
Harford County, as said section was amended by Chapter
333 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1904; providing for the method of voting at members' meet-
ings.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 12 of the Charter of the Mutual Fire
Insurance Company in Harford County, as said section was
amended by Chapter 333 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1904, be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments to read as follows:

12. At all members' meetings each member present in
person or by proxy shall be entitled to one vote, but no director
or officer of the Company shall solicit or vote proxies at any
members' meeting.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect the first day of June, 1929.
