204 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 104

by Chapter 458 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1906.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Section 43 of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot County, " sub-title
"Easton, " as amended by Chapter 458 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1906, be, and the same is, here-
by repealed, and is hereby re-enacted with amendments, to read
as follows:

43. Easton shall be divided into four wards, bounded as
follows: First Ward shall be bounded on the North and West
by the boundaries of the town, and on the East by a line
running Southwardly with the center-line of Aurora Street
to the center of Goldsborough Street; thence Westwardly to
the intersection of the center-line of Goldsborough Street with
the center-line of Hanson Street; thence Southwardly with
the center-line of Hanson Street to its intersection with the
cener-line of Dover Street; and on the South by the center
line of Dover Street and Court Street to the West Town
boundary. Second Ward shall be bounded on the North and
East by the boundaries of the town; on the South by the center-
line of Dover Road and Dover Street running Westwardly from
the Easterly Town boundary to the center-line of Hanson
Street; and on the West by the Easterly boundary of the first
ward. Third Ward shall be bounded on the North by the
Southerly boundary of the Second Ward; on the East and
South by the Easterly boundaries of the town; and on the
West beginning at a point where the center-line of Aurora
Street, if projected, would intersect the Southerly Town bound-
ary on Dutchman's Lane; thence Northwardly with said center-
line of Aurora Street and its projection, to the center-line
of Idlewild Avenue; thence Westwardly with the center-line
of Idlewild Avenue to its intersection with the center-line of
Hanson Street; thence Northwardly with the center-line of
Hanson Street to its intersection with the center-line of Dover
Street. Fourth Ward shall be bounded on the North by the
Southerly boundary of the First Ward; on the East by the
Westerly boundary of the Third Ward; and on the South and
West by the boundaries of the town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
