ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR. 1435

Casimir Pulaski, Revolutionary War Hero. The Governor
may, for just cause, based upon written charges specifying the
alleged misconduct, remove any member of the commission,
after notice to such member and a public hearing. Any va-
cancy caused shall be filled in the same manner as the original
appointment; and be it further

Resolved, That when the Maryland Pulaski Sesqui-centen-
nial Commission shall have finally completed observance and
commemoration of the death of Brigadier General Casimir
Pulaski which may be arranged for in connection therewith
shall have been completed, the Governor, on request of the
commission, shall issue an order declaring the commission dis-
solved; and be it further

Resolved, That the commission shall elect a chairman from
among its members.
