Pheasant, Ruffed Grouse,
Rabbit or Hare, Wild Tur-
key, Partridges (Quail);
provided, however, it shall
be unlawful to hunt wild tur-
key and partridges (quail),
in Garrett County until the
lawful open season for hunt-
ing same in 1931.
Provided, however, it shall be
unlawful to hunt ruffed
grouse in Garrett County,
except between the dates of
November 10th and Decem-
ber 1st. inclusive.........................

May be killed only in Allegany
County, and in Washington
County on property enclosed
with fence not less than seven
feet in height; from Decem-
ber 1st to December 15th,
inclusive, and in Garrett

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to set any trap (ex-
cept box traps for rabbits), net or snare of any description,
for the purpose of taking game, except fur-bearing animals.
If any person is found in possession of any trap, net or snare,
it shall be prima facie evidence said devices were in possession
for the purpose of violating this section, and shall be confiscated
by any officer of this State and destroyed.

(b) It shall be unlawful to hunt, pursue,, catch, kill, trap,
shoot, or attempt to hunt, pursue, catch, kill, trap or shoot any
game except during the open season as provided by law.

(c) It shall be unlawful to hunt or kill any game on Sundays,
or when the ground is covered with snow; provided, however,
that it shall be lawful to hunt wild fowl when the ground is
covered with snow.
