Migratory Game Birds and Game Animals, Bag Limits and
Export of Game, " as said Article was enacted by Chapter
568, Acts of 1927.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 20 of Article 99 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Water Fowl, Birds and Game, " sub-
title "Upland and Migratory Game Birds and Game Animals,
Bag Limits and Export of Game, " as said Article was enacted
by Chapter 568, Acts of 1927, be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

20. The open season for game birds and game animals shall
be as follows:

	Kind of Game: Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs Rails and Reedbirds........ Water Fowl................ Wilson Snipe or Jacksnipe.... Squirrel and Dove...........	Open Season: August 16th to November 30th., inclusive. September 1st to November 30th, inclusive. November 1st to January 31st., inclusive. November 1st to January 3 1st., inclusive. September 1st to September 30th, inclusive, then closed: October 1st to November 9th, inclusive. November 10th to December 31st, inclusive. Provided, however, as further protection to squirrel and dove, it shall be unlawful to hunt same in the Counties of Harford, Howard and Balti- more except between the dates of November 10th and De- cember 31st, inclusive. Provided, however, as further protection to squirrel and dove, it shall be unlawful to hunt same in Allegany and Garrett Counties except be- tween the dates of October 1st and November 9th.
