(b) To the bequest of the residue of his estate amounting at
the appraised value of certain stocks to Fourteen Thousand
Five Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($14, 580. 00) to the said
Trinity Reformed Church, of Manchester, Maryland, after the
death of his daughter, Cora V. Warner, to whom it was de-
vised for life.

To the following bequests and legacies contained in the last
will and testament of Anna M. Sevier, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, dated the 25th day of September, 1923, probated on
the 10th day of January, 1925, and recorded among the wills
records of Baltimore City in Liber E. R. D. No. 151, folio 261.

(a) To the Colored Oblate Sisters of Baltimore City, the
sum of Three Hundred Dollars.

(b) To St. Scholastica's Convent at Carrolltown, State of
Pennsylvania, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars.

(c) To Reverend Maurice B. Alexander, or his successor,
Pastor of St. Mary's Star of the Sea, Roman Catholic Church
at Solomon's Island, Talbot County, State of Maryland, one-
sixth of the rest and residue of the estate of said Anna M.
Sevier, after the deduction of legacies amounting to $8, 600. 00,

(d) To The Holy Ghost Apostolic College, at Cornwell
Heights, State of Pennsylvania, one-sixth of the rest and resi-
due of the estate of said Anna M. Sevier, after the deduction
of legacies amounting to $8, 600. 00.

(e) To Reverend Paul James Frances, S. A,, or his suc-
cessor, as President of the Union-That-Nothing-Be-Lost, In-
corporated, at Graymoor, Garrison, State of New York, one-
sixth of the rest and residue of the estate of said Anna M.
Sevier, after the deduction of legacies amounting to $8, 600. 00,

(f) To the Sulpician Seminary, 415 Michigan Avenue, N.
E., Washington, District of Columbia, one-sixth of the rest and
residue of the estate of said Anna M. Sevier, after the deduc-
tion of legacies amounting to $8, 600. 00.

(g) To St. Edwards Roman Catholic Church, Baltimore
City, State of Maryland, one-sixth of the rest and residue of
the estate of said Anna M. Sevier, after the deduction of lega-
cies amounting to $8, 600. 00.

(h) To St. Anthony's Messenger, 2526 Scioto Street, Cin-
cinnati, State of Ohio, one-sixth of the rest and residue of the

estate of said Anna M. Sevier, after the deduction of legacies
amounting to $8, 600. 00.
