CHAPTER 545.
AN ACT to make valid deeds, mortgages, bonds of convey-
ances, bills of sale and all other conveyances of real and per-
sonal property located in the portion of Baltimore City an-
nexed thereto by Chapter 82 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1918 and formerly included in the
territory of Anne Arundel County, and all contracts and
agreements affecting land in said territory and where said
deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyances, bills of sale, con-
tracts and agreements and other conveyances were recorded
with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel Coun-
ty between June 1, 1918, and January 1, 1919, inclusive.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That where deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyances,
bills of sale and all other conveyances of real and personal
property or any other interest, where the real and personal
property or any other interest is located in the portion of Bal-
timore City annexed to said Baltimore City by Chapter 82 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1918, and formerly in-
cluded in the territory of Anne Arundel County, and all con-
tracts and agreements effecting land in said territory, and
where said deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyances, bills of
sale, contracts and agreements, and other conveyances were re-
corded with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel
County between June 1st, 1918, and January 1st, 1919, inclu-
sive, all such deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyance, bills of
sale, and all other conveyances recorded as aforesaid, shall be
and the same are hereby made valid to all intents and purposes
as if Chapter 82 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land 1918, entitled "An Act to extend the limits of Baltimore
City by including therein parts of Baltimore County and Arun-
del County, " had never been passed; provided, however, that
nothing in this section shall effect the interest of bona fide pur-
chasers or creditors, without notice, who may have become so
previous to the passage of this Act.

CHAPTER 546.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
87 and 91 of Article 21 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, title "Conveyancing, " sub-title "Defective Convey-
