1272 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 533

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 345 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title
"Wills, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 532.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 8, 9 and 10 of Article 30 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Deaf.
Dumb and Blind, " sub-title "Commission for Improving Con-
dition of Blind. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 8, 9 and 10 of Article 30 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Deaf, Dumb and
Blind, " sub-title "Commission for Improving Condition of
Blind, '' be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 533.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 175, 176, 190: and 191 of Article 93
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title
"Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Guardian and Ward. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 175, 176, 190 and 191 of Article 93 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Testament-
ary Law, " sub-title "Guardian and Ward, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.
