CHAPTER 529.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 1 to 6, inclusive, of Article 78A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Public
"Works—Board of, " said sections relating to purchase of
stationery for the General Assembly and certain departments
of the State government.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 1 to 6, inclusive, of Article 78A of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Public Works
—Board of, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 530.

AN ACT to repeal Section 6 of Article 43 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Health, " sub-title
"State Board of Health, " and to repeal Section 33 of said
Article 43, sub-title Miscellaneous Provisions. ''

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 6 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Health, " sub-title "State
Board of Health, " and Section 33 of said Article 43, sub-title
Miscellaneous Provisions, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 531.

AN ACT to repeal Section 345 of Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Testamentary Law, "
sub-title "Wills, " said section relating to power of married
