CHAPTER 526.
AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 93 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Testamentary
Law, " to be known as Section 305A, in reference to the ap-
plication of the purchase money of sales made by trustees,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be added to Article 93 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Testa-
mentary Law, " said new section to follow immediately after
Section 305 and to be known as Section 305A and to read as
follows:
305A. Whenever in any deed, will or other instrument exe-
cuted after July 1, 1929, a power of sale is given to a trustee,
no purchaser of property sold under such power by the trustee
or his successor in the trust shall be required to see to the ap-
plication of the purchase money, unless a contrary intention
be expressly stated in the instrument creating the trust.

CHAPTER 527.
AN ACT to authorize the appointment by the Governor of
an unpaid commission to revise the laws of inheritance
of the State of Maryland and to define its powers and duties.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Governor be and he is hereby authorized,
in his discretion, to appoint five persons who shall constitute
a commission to be called the Land Laws Commission. The
members of said commission shall serve without pay, and not
more than three of them shall be members of the same political
party.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That it shall be the
duty of said commission to investigate fully the land laws of
the State of Maryland and all decisions with reference thereto,
including the inheritance laws, and the jurisdiction of the
Circuit Court and the Orphans' Court and all other matters.
