CHAPTER 510.

AN ACT to repeal Section 44 of Article 26 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Courts, " sub-title
Removal of Cases from Courts of Law to Courts of Equity. ''

WHEREAS Section 44 of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924 Edition), is a duplicate of Section 124 of Ar-
ticle 75 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition),
title "Pleadings, Practice and Process at Law, " sub-title "Re-
moval of Cases from Courts of Law to Courts of Equity and
Vice Versa''; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 44 of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Courts, " sub-title "Removal of
Cases from Courts of Law to Courts of Equity, " be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June. 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 511.

AN ACT to repeal Section 3 of Article 96A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Weather Service-
State, " said section relating to appropriations for State
Weather Service.

WHEREAS, Since the adoption of the Budget Amendment, sec-
tions of the Code providing for specific appropriations to the
several departments are useless and superfluous; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 3 of Article 96A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Weather Service—State, " be

effect June 1, 1929.
