cense, date of opening and closing of season, and the creel
limit in the area referred to in Section 74 of this Act. Such
license shall be void on the 1st day of January of each year
following the date of issue. Every licensee, while fishing
in the area herein prescribed shall have upon his person the
license referred to above and shall also display in a conspic-
uous manner upon his person a tag or other device bearing
his license number. The license must be produced for the
inspection of the game wardens, deputy game wardens, sher-
iffs, constables or other officers or persons demanding to see
it. The clerk shall account for the license fees so collected
in full without any deductions or commissions, to the Comp-
troller in the same manner as receipts from the issuance of
gunning licenses are now accounted for. The Comptroller
shall place the funds so received to the credit of the Conser-
vation Fund to be used by the Conservation Commissioner
for the purposes hereinafter provided in this Act.
Sec. 76. Open Season. The open season in the area
herein described for all fish other than carp and suckers shall
be from the 1st day of June to the 15th day of August,
both dates inclusive, and then only by means of rod, hook and
line. The creel limit on all fish, except trout of all varieties,
shall bo not over 50 in the aggregate in one day, —no fish
smaller than five inches in length shall be taken. The creel
limit on trout shall be not over 10 in one day, —no trout
under eight inches in length shall be taken. The Conserva-
tion Commissioner shall not at any time during the term of
the lease herein referred to close to the public any part of the
area except he may at his discretion and for the proper propa-
gation of fish close tributaries to the area for their length,
not to exceed three at any one time.

Sec. 77. Unlawful to Hunt Without First Having Com-
plied With Game Laws.
It shall be unlawful for any person
to hunt upon the area herein referred to, as prescribed in Sec-
tion 74 of this Act without having first complied with all the
requirements contained and specified in the game laws of
Maryland.

Sec. 78. Cost of Licenses for Boats. It shall be unlawful
for any person to operate any power boat using as fuel gaso-
line, kerosene or any other liquids or material, except that the
Conservation Department may, if it deems it necessary, place
