1182 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 471

Sec. 30. Baltimore County, (a) It shall be unlawful to
fish with rod, hook and line, from any boat or float of any kind
between the 1st day of November and the 31st day of January,
both dates inclusive, in each and every year, in the waters of
Back River (except in that portion lying west of a line drawn
from the end of the wharf on Cherry Grove Farm to Stans-
bury's Point), Seneca Creek (except that portion lying west
of a line drawn from Gun Point on the North to Flying Point
on the south side of said Creek), Seneca River, Salt Peter
Creek and Middle River (except that portion lying north of a
line drawn from Clarks Point on E. Levy's shore to the Mary-
land Yacht Club Point, and that part of Dark Head lying
north of a line drawn due east from the Maryland Yacht Club
Point to Bull Neck Shore and that part of Frog Mortar to
Weiskettle's Landing, and to Norman's Creek and Stansbury's
Creek), and in the waters of their tributaries in Baltimore
County and except in the waters between Sue Island and Tur-
key Point.

(b) It shall be unlawful to fish with seines or nets of any
kind in the waters of Middle River, or in the waters of Sue's
'Creek west of a line drawn from Clay Bank to Turkey Point
shore southeasterly to the northeasternmost point on Sue's Is-
land, thence in a line running southerly to a marked Rock Oak
tree standing on the north side of Holly Neck Farm.

(c) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the waters
of Dundee Creek, with nets of any kind west of a line drawn
from Levering's Point on the north to Marshy Point on the
south; or with rod, hook and line at any time between the 1st
day of November and the 31st day of January, both dates in-
clusive, in each and every year.

(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the waters
of the Gunpowder River lying in Baltimore County, with nets
from the 15th clay of May to the 15th day of September, both
dates inclusive, in every year; with nets or rod, hook and line
between the 1st day of November and the 31st day of January,
both dates inclusive, in every year; and all nets and stakes for
the taking of fish must be removed before the hour of midnight
on the 31st day of October in every year.

(e) It shall be unlawful for any person to fish with rod,
hook and line or a net in the waters of Bird River between the
1st day of November and the 31st day of January, both dates
