Committee of not less than seven members with such powers
and authority as the Commission may confer upon it, which
Committee, in the interim of the meetings of the Commission,
shall have all the duties and obligations and exercise and per-
form all the work, matters and things imposed by this Act upon
the Commission, and shall make full report thereof to the Com-
mission at the following meeting or meetings held by it; pro-
vided the Chairman of the Commission shall be a member ex-
officio of all Committees. Meetings of the Commission may be
called at any time by the Chairman, the executive committee,
or by fifteen members of the Commission.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 471.

AN ACT to repeal Article 39 of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, title "Fish and Fisheries, " except Sec-
tions 61 to 67, inclusive; and to repeal Chapters 80, 206,
295, 325, 337, 492, 553, 574, 636, 693 and 698 of the Acts
of General Assembly of 1927 amending or adding to the
above Article 39, and Chapter 532 of the Acts of 1927, an
Act providing for fishing and boating on Deep Creek Lake;
and to repeal so much of each article of the Code of Public
Local Laws of 1888 as pertains to the title "Fish and Fish-
eries" or related subjects but not including terrapin and
turtles, and the several Acts amendatory thereto or incon-
sistent therewith enacted since the Code of 1888; and to
enact in lieu thereof a new Article to be known as Article
39, title "Fish and Fisheries"; the purpose of which Article
is to embody all the fish laws of the State of Maryland, both
public general and local; and continuing in effect Sections
61 to 67, inclusive, of the present Article 39, to be known
as Sections 57 to 63 under sub-title "Concurrent Law on the
Potomac River, " which sections embody the concurrent legis-
lation between the States of Maryland and Virginia on the
Potomac River.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
