said Board, it being the purpose of this section to create a Park
Board to be comprised, at all times, of five members, who are
to serve, as herein provided, without compensation.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That The Park Board of Easton, as created and
provided in the next preceding section of this Act, shall have
full and complete charge and control of said Community Park
and other parks, squares, and public plots, hereafter owned or
acquired by said municipal corporation and shall have full, com-
plete and discretionary power and authority in the control,
maintenance and improvement of the said Community Park and
other lands mentioned herein and in the control and expendi-
ture of monies to be provided by the levy of taxes by the Mayor
and Council of Easton, for maintenance and improvement of
said Community Park, as directed in a preceding section of this
Act and of any other monies to be expended for maintenance or
improvement of, or for any other purpose in connection with,
said Community Park, or other lands mentioned herein.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That this Act shall take effect from the first day
of June, 1929.

CHAPTER 463.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 85B
of Article 39 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title "Fish and Fisheries, " sub-title "Trout and Other
Fish, " as same was enacted by Chapter 693 of the Acts of
General Assembly of 1927.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 81
of Article 77 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title "Public Education, " sub-title "Schools, " provid-
ing that Memorial Day and Armistice Day shall be holi-
days.
