Flats for three legal gunning days, which shall include such
gunning days as said gunning rig may have been excluded
prior to the determination of the case. Provided, however,
in case of appeal, the rig shall be released, but in case the
court before whom said appeal is heard sustains the deci-
sion of the Justice of the Peace, then said person or persons
shall be fined double the amount so imposed by said Justice
of the Peace. All moneys received by any Justice of the
Peace or any Court shall be transmitted to the Game Warden
or State Comptroller on the first day of the month after fine
is received, to be credited to the State Game Protection Fund.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws, general
or local, and parts of laws now in force relating to or regula-
tory of hunting water fowl on the Flats, inconsistent herewith
shall be and they are hereby repealed to the extent of said
inconsistency.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1929.

CHAPTER 460.
AN ACT to prohibit for two years from June 1, 1929, the taking
or catching of fish from or in the Little Savage River in
Garrett County, Maryland, and providing penalties for any
violation of the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That is shall be unlawful for any person for a period of
two years from June 1, 1929, to take or catch fish from or in the
Little Savage River in Garret County, Maryland. Any person
violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, fined not less than Five
Dollars ($5. 00) nor more than Fifty Dollars ($50. 00).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.
