All that portion of the Chesapeake Bay and tributaries
lying south of a line drawn east from Concord Lighthouse, in
Harford County, to Carpenters Point, on the western shore
of Cecil County, and north of a line beginning at the light-
house on Turkey Point, in Cecil County, and drawn westerly
to a point half of a mile north of the northerly part of Spesutia
Island; thence continuing said line still westward, but at no
time approaching nearer than half of a mile from the northern
end of said island and the adjacent mainland, until it reaches
the Harford County shore, at or near Oakington.

The Game Warden may, when he deems, advisable, mark
certain points of the lines herein defined by buoys,

3. It shall be unlawful at any time, either in the day
or night, to hunt, pursue, shoot or kill any water fowl in or
over the Flats from any craft of any kind except a gunning
rig as defined by law, and then only after the same has been
licensed as provided in this Act. Any person or persons who
shall have in his or their possession a boat of less dimensions
than provided by law on the Susquehanna Flats between the
first day of November and the first day of February follow-
ing shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this Act;
provided, however, boats of smaller dimensions may be used
in stationary booby or brush blinds as provided by law.

It shall be unlawful to shoot a gun on the Flats at night
time. The words "night time" shall be construed to mean
the time beginning with sunset until sunrise the following day.
The time stated by calendar as hour of sunrise and sunset. The
gunning days shall be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in
November and December, and Mondays, Wednesdays, Fri-
days and Saturdays in January.

It shall be unlawful for a gunning rig, or any craft con-
nected therewith, whether said rig be anchored or otherwise,
to be on the Flats before 3. 15 A. M. on any gunning day.
Any gunning rig so found by any officer empowered with the
enforcement of the Game and Fish Laws of this State, shall
be at once seized and removed from the Flats, and not al-
lowed to return until the case is heard and determined, and
shall be subjected to such further penalties as may be pre-
scribed by this Act or other laws of the State of Maryland.

It shall be unlawful to cross the line above referred to for
the purpose of selecting a set for a gunning rig, in any boat
other than one carrying or towing the entire gunning rig; and
