CHAPTER 417.
AN ACT to repeal Section 156 of Article 77 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Public Education, "
sub-title "Chapter 12. The State Normal Schools"; to repeal
Section 163 of said Article 77, sub-title "Chapter 13. Teachers'
Institutes"; and to repeal Section 194 of said Article 77, sub-
title "Chapter 17. High Schools. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 156 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Public Education, " sub-title
"Chapter 12. The State Normal Schools, " Section 163 of said
Article 77, sub-title "Chapter 13. Teachers' Institutes, " and
Section 194 of said Article 77, sub-title "Chapter 17. High
Schools, " be and they are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 418.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 167b
of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Kent
County, " sub-title "Roads, " as enacted by Chapter 403 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland passed at the
1910 Session and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sec-
tions 167c and 167e of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Kent County, " sub-title "Roads, " as the same
was enacted by Chapter 304 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland passed at the 1916 Session.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 167b of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Kent County, " sub-title "Roads, " as the
same was enacted by Chapter 403 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland passed at the 1910 Session and Sections
167c and 167e of Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Kent County, " sub-title "Roads, " as the same were en-
acted by Chapter 304 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland passed at the 1916 Session, be and the same are here-
by repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as
follows:
