CHAPTER 411.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 176 and 177 of Article 27 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Crimes
and Punishments, " sub-title "Fraud—Flour and Whiskey,
Sales of. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 176 and 177 of Article 27 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Crimes
and Punishments, " sub-title "Fraud—Flour and Whiskey,
Sales of, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 412.

AN ACT to repeal Section 49 of Article 5 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Appeals and
Errors, " sub-title "Provisions Relating to Appeals from
Courts of Law and Equity, " said section relating to special
hearing for State cases.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 49 of Article 5 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Appeals and Errors, " sub-
title "Provisions Relating to Appeals from Courts of Law and
Equity, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.
