CHAPTER 403.

AN ACT to repeal Section 305 of Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Testamentary
Law, " sub-title "Sales. "

WHEREAS, Section 305 of Article 93 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1924 Edition), is a duplicate of Section 267 of
Article 16 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition),
title "Chancery, " sub-title "Trustee"; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 305 of Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Testamentary Law, "
sub-title "Sales, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take-
effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

CHAPTER 404.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 49
of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edi-
tion), title "Justices of the Peace, " sub-title "Attachments, "
