"County Commissioners, County Treasurer and Collectors, "
said amendments raising the salary of said County Com-
missioners.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 122 of Article 10 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1888 Edition), title "Dor-
chester County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, County
Treasurer and Collectors, " be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows:
122. The annual salary of each county commissioner shall
be seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 384.
AN ACT to authorize William A. Starrett of Dorchester
County to construct, maintain and operate a bridge in Dor-
chester County, at his own expense, connecting Ragged Point
in the mouth of the Little Choptank River with the main-
land.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That William A. Starrett of Dorchester County is
hereby authorized and empowered to construct, maintain and
operate at his own expense a twelve foot bridge, eight hundred
feet in length, connecting Ragged Point in the mouth of the
Little Choptank River with the mainland, the entire bridge to
be within Dorchester County; the plans and specifications and
erection thereof to be approved by the County Commissioners
of Dorchester County and by the Secretary of War of the
United States of America.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.
