CHAPTER 381.

AN ACT to add an additional Section to Article 77 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Pub-
lic Education, " sub-title "County Board of Education, "
to be known as Section 59B, and to follow immediately
after Section 59A, providing for detailed itemized accounts
of the receipts and expenditures of school moneys to the
County Commissioners of Allegany County, for an audit of
the boots and accounts of the School Board, and providing
that any unexpended balance on July 1st of school funds
appropriated by the County Commissioners of Allegany
County in their annual levy, shall revert to the County
Treasury for the use of the County Commissioners of Alle-
gany County.

CHAPTER 382.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (Duckett and Claggett's
Edition), title "Prince George's County, " sub-title "Li-
censes, " said new section to be known as Section 439A and to
follow immediately after 439 of said Article, providing that
certain road houses, restaurants, lunch-rooms, cafes, inns,
hotels or clubs operated for profit in Prince George's County
must secure licenses from the County Commissioners of said
county and prescribing the annual fee therefor and penalties
for the violation thereof.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(Duckett and Clagett's Edition), title "Prince George's Coun-
ty, " sub-title "Licenses, " said new section to be known as Sec-
tion 43 9A, to follow immediately after Section 439 of said
Article and to read as follows:

439A. On and after July 1, 1929, it shall be unlawful to
maintain or operate a road house, restaurant, lunch-room, cafe,
inn, hotel or club for profit where public dancing is permitted
