CHAPTER 365.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 182
of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924
Edition), title "Licenses, " sub-title "Motor Vehicles, " sub-
heading "Fees for Registration of Motor Vehicles, " as said
section was enacted by Chapter 520 of the Acts of 1927,
said amendments adding licenses for trailers to the class
of licenses which, if issued after the first of the year, shall
be charged for at a rate calculated on a monthly basis.

CHAPTER 366.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Paragraph
A of Section 37 and Paragraph B of Section 39 and Para-
graph C of Section 39 and. Section 40 and Paragraph C of
Section 41 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
title "Water Fowl—Birds and Game, " sub-title "Water
Fowl and Migratory Birds. Use of Boats Prohibited.
Blinds, " as said Article was enacted by Chapter 568 of the
Acts of 1927,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Paragraph A of Section 37 and Paragraph B
of Section 39 and Paragraph C of Section 39 and Section 40
and Paragraph C of Section 41 of Article 99 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Water Fowl—Birds and Game, " sub-
title "Water Fowl and Migratory Birds. Use of Boats Pro-
hibited. Blinds, " as said Article was enacted by Chapter 568
of the Acts of 1927, be and they are hereby repealed and re-en-
acted, with amendments, to read as follows:
37. (a) It shall be unlawful to hunt any wild duck, goose,
swan or brant within the limits of the State of Maryland,
between the first day of February and the thirty-first day of
October in each and every year, both dates inclusive, and it
shall be further unlawful to have in possession any such wild
duck, goose, swan or brant between the tenth day of February
and the thirty-first day of October in each and every year, and
