SEC. 4. And be it enacted. That said Board may, out of
its annual appropriation, contribute to the expense of the con-
ference of the commissioners from the various States such sum
as they may think proper, not exceeding two hundred and fifty
dollars a year.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That said Board shall report
to the Legislature at its next session, and from that time there-
after as said Board may deem proper, an account of its trans-
actions and its advice and recommendations as required by
Section 1 of the Act of 1896, Chapter 264.

CHAPTER 485.

AN ACT to repeal Section 12 of Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title
"Account, " the object of the repeal being to provide that
the administration of an estate after the death of a married
woman administratrix may be administered by her adminis-
trator as in the case of all other persons.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 12 of Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law, " sub-title "Ac-
count, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

Approved April 5, 1927.

CHAPTER 486.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 332 and 333 of Article 27 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, title, "Crimes and Punish-
ments, " sub-title, "Letters—Wrongfully Opening. "
