Hundred Dollars ($800. 00) of the amount so received from
each of the said counties by the Comptroller shall be placed
to the credit of a separate fund to be known as the State Game
Protection Fund and shall be disbursed by the said State Comp-
troller from time to time on warrants signed by the Conser-
vation Commissioner of Maryland and shall be used for the
purpose of paying the Ducking Police provided for in Section
5 of this act. The balance so received from Cecil County
shall be paid by the Comptroller to the County Treasurer of
Cecil County to be paid by Mm to the Ducking Police
appointed under the local law of Cecil County for the
purpose of patrolling the Elk and Bohemia Rivers; and
the balance collected from Harford County shall be paid to
the Treasurer of said County to be used as the county commis-
sioners of said county may direct.

SEC]. 9. Any person convicted before any Justice of the
Peace of this State for violating any of the provisions of this
Act, shall be fined not less than Fifty Dollars ($50. 00), nor
more than One Hundred Dollars ($100. 00) and costs for each
and every offense, and shall stand committed to jail until
such fine and costs have been paid; and in addition to said
fine and costs, the Justice of the Peace shall order the of-
ficer making the arrest and securing the conviction to seize
and hold in custody all vessels, crafts, sink-boxes, sneak-boats,
decoys and all other paraphernalia used in violation of the
provisions of this Act, and will exclude the gunning rig: from
the Flats for three legal gunning days, which shall include
such gunning days as said gunning rig may have been exclud-
ed prior to the determination of the case. All moneys recieved by
any Justice of the Peace or any Court shall be transmitted to
the Game Warden or State Comptroller on the first day of the
month after fine is received, to be credited to the State Game
Protection Fund.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws, general
or local, and parts of laws now in force relating to or regu-
latory of hunting water fowl on the Plats, shall be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, that this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1927.
