Maryland, title "Montgomery County, " sub-title "Dogs, " be
and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety and being
passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all
the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 320.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 127 and 127 1/2 of Article 16 of
the Code of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, "
and to re-enact Section 127 thereof with amendments and
to add three new sections to said Article 16 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " to follow im-
mediately after Section 127 thereof and to be designated
as Section 127-A, 127-B and 127-C; so as to provide for
the election of two additional County Commissioners for
Montgomery County, and for their compensation.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 127 and 127 1/2 of Article 16 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title "Montgomery County, " sub-
title "County Commissioners, " be repealed and that Section
127 be re-enacted with amendments and that three additional
sections be added to said Article 16, to follow Section 127
thereof, and be designated as Sections 127-A, 127-B and
127-C, shall read as follows:
Section 127. There shall be seven county commissioners
for Montgomery County, and one commissioner shall be a resi-
dent of and elected from each of the seven Commissioner Dis-
tricts of said County as hereinafter provided and whose terms
of service shall be as follows:
At the general election to be held on the Tuesday next
after the first Monday in November in the year 1930, the
