requires, not to exceed one day in each week, and the Judges
of the said Orphans' Court of Worcester County shall each
receive the sum of six dollars for each day's attendance upon
the sessions of said Court.

208B. The Commissioner of said County shall levy annually
such sum as they may estimate will be sufficient to pay the Judges
of said Orphans' Court for the next ensuing year; and it shall
be the duty of the Register of Wills to certify quarterly to the
County Commissioners of the County the number of days each
of said Judges has attended said Court during the quarter;
and the Treasurer shall pay to each of said Judges six dollars
for each of said days attendance so certified by the Register
of Wills.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all acts and parts
of acts, laws and parts of laws, inconsistent with this act or any
provisions thereof, be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June I, 1927.

CHAPTER 310.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 517
of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
entitled "City of Baltimore, " sub-title "Charter" as repealed
and re-enacted with the amendments by Chapter 332 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1912,
and by Chapter 262 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, Session of 1918.

SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 517 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, entitled "City of Baltimore, " sub-title
"Charter" as repealed and re-enacted with amendments by
Chapter 332 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
Session of 1912, and by Chapter 262 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, Session of 1918, be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to
read as follows.
