ance the insured covenants and agrees to assume the contingent
liability set forth in said policy for the payment of losses and
expenses in excess of the cash funds of the Company, in such
proportion and at such time as the board of directors may re-
quire, agreeably to the charter and by-laws of the Company
SEC. 10. Any member of the Company may withdraw there-
from at any time by surrendering his policy to the company or
agent and paying any arrearages and the policy's proportion
of losses incurred, but not paid; upon such payment the
Company shall cancel such insurance and such cancella-
tion shall release said member from all liability of any
and all obligations, claims or demands due or owing to said
Company on account thereof, and shall debar said member from
any claim on the Company for any loss or damage by fire sub-
sequent to the time of withdrawal and cancellation of policy or
policies; and the Company may at any time cancel any policy
issued by it upon the return of the unearned portion of the cash
premium,

CHAPTER 309.
AN ACT to add two new sections to Article 24 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland (Staton's 1920 Edition), title
"Worcester County, " said new section to be under sub-title
"Orphans' Court, " to be known as Sections 208A and 208B,
and to follow immediately after Section 208 of said Article,
prescribing when the sessions of the Orphans' Court of Wor-
cester County shall be held and fixing the compensation to
be paid the judges thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That two new sections be and the same are hereby added
to Article 24 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland (Staton's
1920 Edition), title "Worcester County, " to be under sub-title
"Orphans' Court, " to be known as Sections 208A and 208B, to
follow immediately after Section 208 of said Article and to read
as follows:
208A. The sessions of the Orphans' Court of Worcester
County shall be held on the second Tuesday of June, 1927, and
on each Tuesday thereafter, and also on such other days as in
the judgment of the Court the public business and convenience
