WHEREAS, The Calvert Corporation, a corporation organized
and doing business under the laws of the State of Maryland,
did, through inadventence, neglect to make payment of the fran-
chise tax due by it to the State of Maryland, and certain pen-
alties imposed upon it f or said neglect; and
WHEREAS, The Governor of Maryland did, under and by au-
thority of Chapter 366 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1920, by proclamation bearing date the 1st day of
April, 1925, declare the charter of said corporation null and
void; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the said proclamation of the Governor of Maryland
insofar as it affected The Calvert Corporation, be and it is here-
by set aside, and that the charter of the said The Calvert Cor-
poration be and it is hereby revived, together with, all powers
incident thereto upon the payment by it to the Comptroller of
all taxes due by it, with the interest thereon and all penalties
imposed upon it for its neglect in that particular.

CHAPTER 304.
AN ACT to extend the corporate limits of Ocean City, in Wor-
cester County, by repealing and re-enacting with amend-
ments Section 2 of Chapter 457 of the Acts of 1904.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 2 of Chapter 457 of the Acts of 1904 be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:
2. The inhabitants of Ocean City, in Worcester County,
Maryland, are constituted a body corporate by the name of
Mayor and City Council of Ocean City, and by that name may
sue and be sued, have and use a common seal, and have per-
petual succession; that the bounds and limits of said city shall
be as follows: Beginning at mean low water mark in the At-
lantic Ocean, where the north line of South Seventh street, ex-
tended, would strike said ocean; thence by and with such line
extended, and the north line of South Seventh street, and said
north line extended, in a westerly direction to the middle of
Synepuxent Bay; thence along the middle of Synepuxent and
