Board of County Commissioners, and designated by proper
signs or markings; nor shall any vehicle, not belonging to the
Police Department, Fire Department or other County Depart-
ments be permitted to stand longer than actually necessary to
take on or discharge passengers, baggage, merchandise or
freight in any space reserved by appropriate signs or markings,
provided by the Board of County Commissioners in front of
any public buildings.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That in all cases where
vehicles stand upon the streets, roads, avenues, or lanes of the
County for a longer period than is sufficient to take on or dis-
charge passengers, baggage, merchandise or freight, they shall
be so placed that both the front and rear wheels next to the curb
or side of the road or avenue are not more than six inches there-
from nor less than four feet distant from the front or rear of
any vehicle, excepting in cases where the Board of County Com-
missioners may by regulation determine that such vehicles may
be parked at an angle with the curb or side of the street or road.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That no vehicle shall be
so parked or otherwise stopped on any road, street and/or high-
way in said County as to prevent the free passage of other
vehicles or street cars in both directions at the same time.

SEC. 7. And be it, further enacted, That "No Parking"
spaces in front of shipping or receiving entrances to business
houses and apartment houses may be provided and established
by the Board of County Commissioners by compliance with the
following conditions: The owner or occupant of the building
as herein described, desiring "No Parking" spaces in front of
such building, shall make application to the Board of County
Commissioners setting forth all relevant information and stat-
ing the number of feet desired for such purpose. The Board
of County Commissioners shall have authority to grant or re-
fuse such application in its discretion, or it may grant the same
with such restrictions and limitations as it may deem proper.
In case such application is granted, the Commissioners shall
issue to the applicant a permit or certificate setting forth the
location of such "No Parking" space, the number of feet front-
age fixed, and such other limitations as may be pertinent. Such
permit may at any time be withdrawn or further limited by the
Board of County Commissioners. To enforce the provisions
of such permit the holder of the same shall have the right to
