seventy (2570) feet, more or less to a stone on the East side of
the Seven Locks Road, it being the Northernmost point on the
lands of the American Land Company's property, thence in a
Southeasterly direction two hundred eighty-four (284) feet to
a stone on the bank of the Cabin John Creek, thence with the
meander of the said creek to its mouth at the Potomac River.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the assessable prop-
erty located within the boundaries described in the above
section shall continue to be liable for the payment of bonds and
the interest thereon heretofore issued against the assessable
property located within the Tenth Election District of Mont-
gomery County, but that said property shall not be liable for
and shall not be assessed for the payment of bonds and the
interest thereon, heretofore issued against the assessable prop-
erty located within the Seventh Election District of Mont-
gomery County.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 252.
AN ACT to exempt from taxation certain real property of
"The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Frederick, " in the
County of Garrett, so long as no revenue is derived there-
from.

CHAPTER 253.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Queen Anne's Coun-
ty, " sub-title "Wild Fowl, " said new section to be known
as Section 283-C and to follow immediately after Section
283-B of said Article as enacted by Chapter 251 of the
Acts of 1924, fixing the days on which wild fowl may be
killed in Queen Anne's County.
