First Precinct of the Third Election District of Anne Arundel
County; said salaries to be paid in lieu of all fees in criminal
cases and said Justices are to return to the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel County, all fines, penalties, forfeitures
and costs imposed by them and which they shall receive for
or on account of criminal offenses tried before them under the
provisions of the Code of Public General Laws. and Public
Local Laws.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent herewith be, and the same are hereby
repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted,, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, Nineteen hundred and twenty-
seven (1927).

CHAPTER 251.
AN ACT to annex a portion of the Tenth Election District to
the Seventh Election District of Montgomery County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That all that portion of the Tenth Election District
of Montgomery County as heretofore constituted, included
within the following lines, limits, and boundaries in this section
mentioned, be and the same is hereby annexed to and consti-
tuted a part of the Seventh Election District of Montgomery
County: Beginning for the same where the Cabin John Creek
empties into the Potomac River and running thence up said
river to a point at which a; branch empties into same from
Bridge No. 3 on the Conduit Road, thence up said Branch in a
Northerly direction to the Conduit Road, thence in an Easterly
direction along the Conduit Road to the County Road leading
to the Congressional Country Club, thence with said road in a
Northerly direction to the Southwest corner of the lands of
Bessie L. Edmonston, thence along the Southern boundary of
said land to the Southeast corner, thence along the East boun-
dary of said lands to the Northeast corner of said lands, thence
in a Northeasterly direction two thousand five hundred and
