223. Any and all money received by the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Kent County for any license or licenses issued under
the aforegoing Section shall, by him, be turned over to the Coun-
ty Commissioners for the general expense of said County.
224. Any person, house, corporation, company or association,
who may violate the provisions of Section 222 of this Article
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon a conviction,
before any justice of the Peace of Kent County shall be subject
to a fine of not less than $150. 00 nor more than $300. 00 for each
offense.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1 1927.

CHAPTER 223.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 29'
of Article 75 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edi-
tion), title "Pleadings, Practice and Process at Law, " sub-
title "II. Practice—Abatement and Revivor, " by eliminat-
ing the provision relating to action for injuries in case of
death of defendant, providing limitation for such actions,,
and further providing for repeal of statutes inconsistent with
this act.

CHAPTER 224.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 12
of Article 5 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924),
title "Appeals and Errors, " sub-title "Appeals from Courts
of Law, " relating to form and method of preparation of bills
of exceptions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, that Section 12 of Article 5 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1924), title "Appeals and Errors, " sub-title "Ap-
peals from Courts of Law, " be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
