SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds from
the sale of said bonds shall be used for the following purposes:

(1) Nine thousand five hundred dollars ($9, 500) shall be
used for the permanent improvement of a part of the road
leading from Swart's Corner on the Wheaton-Four Corners'
Road to Musgroves', Loefflers, 7th Street Pike, upon the condition
that the property owners shall donate without cost to the County
and in such form and upon such conditions as the County Com-
missioners may prescribe the property and rights of way needed
in changing the curves, widening and building the said road,
and shall further donate the sum of five hundred dollars ($500)
to aid in making said improvements, making a total of ten
thousand dollars ($10, 000) for improving said road. If, on or
before July 1, 1927, the said property owners have not agreed
in writing upon such terms as the County Commissioners may
prescribe to make said donation of five hundred dollars ($500),
or have failed or refused to donate the property necessary for
the purposes herein specified, then and in that event this Act
shall become null and void as to the above-mentioned road and
bonds to the extent of nine thousand five hundred dollars
($9, 500) shall not be issued.

(2) Five thousand five hundred dollars ($5, 500) shall be
used for building one mile of improved road from the end of
the present improved road known as the Viers Mill road to
Welsh's gate, on the condition that the property owners donate
without cost to the County and in such form and upon such
conditions as the County Commissioners may prescribe the prop-
erty and rights of way needed in changing the curves, building
. and widening the said road, and shall further donate the sum
of five hundred dollars ($500) to aid in making said improve-
ments, making a total of six thousand dollars ($6, 000) for
improving said road. If the said property owners, on or before
July 1, 1927, fail or refuse to donate the property necessary
for these purposes, or have not agreed in writing upon such
terms as the County Commissioners may prescribe to make said
donation of five hundred dollars ($500), then and in that event
this Act shall become null and void as to the above-mentioned
road and bonds to the extent of five thousand five hundred
dollars ($5, 500) shall not be issued.

(3) Two thousand dollars ($2, 000) shall be used for improv-
ing various roads around Kensington and Capital View.

(4) Five thousand dollars ($5, 000) shall be used to build
a bridge at Capital View over tracks of the Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad, and the County Commissioners shall appropriate five
thousand dollars ($5, 000) for that purpose making a total of
ten thousand dollars ($10, 000) for said bridge.
