ment shall be stated on the bonds and coupons. In case such
bonds or any of them shall be issued in any year after the
making of the annual levy for that year by the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County, then said Board of
County Commissioners of Prince George's County is author-
ized and directed to pay any and all interest coming due before
the next levy out of any other funds in their disposal and to
levy at the next levy to reimburse such other funds.
Said bonds shall be issued according to what is known as
the serial annuity plan, and each issue shall be in series, let-
tered in accordance with the following table. If the entire
amount of two hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars
($275, 000. 00) authorized herein shall be issued at one time,
then the entire principal sum shall be redeemed as follows:
