University Park, upon land to be donated by the University
Park Company, including the improvement of such site if
necessary.

$10, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
construction and equipment of a public school building at Glen-
dale.

$10, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
construction and equipment of a public school building at or
near Columbia Park, including the purchase of a site if nec-
essary.

$20, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
purchase of a site for a proposed public high school to serve
the territory between Hyattsville and the boundary line of the
District of Columbia.

$20, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
construction and equipment of a public school building for
colored children at or near Highland Park, upon land to be
donated by the community.

$20, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
construction and equipment of a public school building for
colored children at Lakeland, upon land to be donated by the
community.

The said Board of Education is thereupon authorized to
issue coupon bonds therefor in denominations of not less than
one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars
($1, 000, 00), each to be signed by the president of said Board
of Education of Prince George's County and countersigned by
the County Superintendent of schools with the seal of the Board
attached, provided that the coupons for the interest thereof may
be authenticated by the engraved, lithographed or printed signa-
tures of the president of said Board and the County Superin-
tendent, Said bonds shall be dated on the date of their issue and
shall bear interest at a rate to be fixed in the resolution of the
Board of County Commissioners of Prince George's County,
hereinbefore mentioned, not to exceed five per cent. (5%) per
annum, payable semi-annually in each and every year until
maturity, shall be exempt from all county, state and municipal
taxation, shall have printed on them a reference to this act as
authorizing the issue thereof, and may be registered as to the
principal by the County Superintendent in a separate book to
be kept by him for that purpose, if such registration is desired
at any time by any holder thereof. The principal and interest
thereof shall be payable at some bank or trust company to be
determined by said Board of Education and the place of pay-
