CHAPTER 712.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 93 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title "Ad-
ministration," to be known as Section 41-A, to follow after
Section 41 of said Article, providing that no non-resident of
this State shall be appointed or allowed to qualify as admin-,
istrator of a resident decedent, unless there be appointed
also a resident administrator.

CHAPTER 713.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 3,
5 and 22 and to repeal Sections 35 and 37 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Caroline County,"
sub-title "Goldsboro," as said Sections were enacted by
Chapter 87 of the Acts of The General Assembly of Mary-
land for the year 1906.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 3, 5 and 22 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Caroline County," Subtitle ''Goldsboro,"
as said Sections were enacted by Chapter 87 of the Acts of The
General Assembly of Maryland for the year 1906, be and the
same are hereby, repealed and re-enacted with amendments so
as to read as follows:
3. And be it enacted, That the boundaries and limits of said
town shall foe as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point on the
South Side of the main road running from Goldsboro to Sand-
town, this point being two hundred yards east of the cen-
ter of the track of the Delaware and Chesapeake Railroad;
thence running west along the south side of the said County
road running from Goldsboro to Sandtown to a point one
hundred yards west of the corner known as Mat Green's
corner "or by whatever name it may be known" being an in-
tersection of the road leading from Goldsboro to Ingleside with
the Goldsboro-Sandtown road thence south to the Northwest
corner of certain lots owned by C. Wellington Melvin,
known as the Mill lots; thence along the Southeast line
of these lots in a straight line until it intersects the Delaware
and Chesapeake Railroad land "this line being a continuation
