1512 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 670

1899, Chapter 468, its successors and assigns, from Jacob
Winer and Eva Winer, his wife, which deed is dated June 16,
1925, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 4408, folio 162, etc.

To the sale, grant and deed to The Salvation Army, a
body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State
of New York, under Act of 1899, Chapter 468, its successors
and assigns, from The Capitol Theatre Company, a body cor-
porate, duly incorporated under the Laws of the State of Mary-
land, which deed is dated June 25, 1924, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No.
4221, folio 47, etc.

To the sale, grant and deed to The Salvation Army, a
corporation of the State of New York, incorporated by Act
of 1899, Chapter 468, its successors and assigns, from The
Capitol Theatre Company, a body corporate of the State of
Maryland, of all those chattels and personal property located
in the premises known as Nos. 1601 to 1609 West Baltimore
Street and 1600 to 1610 Frederick Avenue, in the City of
Baltimore, State of Maryland, and known as The West End
Theatre; said chattel deed bearing date of June 25, 1924 and
recorded among the Chattel Records of Baltimore City, in
Liber S. C. L. No. 321, folio 172, etc.

To the sale, grant and deed to The Salvation Army, a
body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State
of New York, its successors and assigns, from Philip S. Mor-
gan and Caroline M. Morgan, his wife, which deed is dated
October 8, 1925, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C, L. No. 4470, folio 543, etc.

To a sale, deed and conveyance from Anna Schmitt and
from Hyman Hendler and wife to the Trustees of the Pres-
bytery of Baltimore of two certain lots of ground and buildings
thereon situate in Baltimore City, the first on the south side
of East Baltimore Street, 11 feet 8 inches west from Ann
Street, having a front on Baltimore Street of 11 feet 8 inches,
with an irregular depth of 78 feet; and the second on the
west side of Ann Street 78 feet south to Baltimore Street,
having a front on the west side of Ann Street of 37 feet, with
an even depth of 23 feet; the properties being known respec-
tively as 1743 E. Baltimore Street and 4 S. Ann Street.
