Carroll County, deceased, which bonds were placed in the
custody of Frank R. Cassell, of Westminster, Maryland, its
agent, to be delivered to it when it became established after
her death and began to exercise its corporate functions.
(d) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to the Trus-
tees of the Cassell Home for the Aged to be used for its cor-
porate purposes as set forth in the Codicil to the last will and
testament of Elizabeth Cassell, deceased, duly admitted to
probate by the Orphans' Court of Carroll County on November
5, 1917, and recorded among its Will Records in Liber No. 12,
folio 136 &c.
(e) To the bequest of Five Thousand Dollars to Trustees
for The Cassell Home for the Aged, to be used for its corporate
purposes as set forth in the first codicil of the last will and
testament of said Lydia Cassell, deceased, duly admitted to
probate by the Orphans' Court of Carroll County on August
31, 1925, and recorded among its Will Records in Liber W.
F. B. No. 13, folio &c.
(f) To the bequest of two-fifteenths of the residue of her
estate to the Trustees for The Cassell Home for the Aged
to be used for its corporate purposes as set forth in the Sec-
ond Codicil of the said last will and testament of said Lydia
Cassell, deceased, duly admitted to probate and of record as
aforesaid.
(g) To the bequest of one-fifteenth of the residue of her
estate to the Trustees for The Cassell Home for the Aged as
set forth in the third codicil of the last will and testament of
said Lydia Cassell, deceased, duly admitted to probate and
recorded as aforesaid.
To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Emma J. Burgoon, deceased, and probated March 30, 1926,
and recorded in the Register of Wills Office for Carroll Coun-
ty in Liber W. P. B. No. 13, folio 21, to the Trustees of
the Moorehead M. E. Church of Union Mills, Carroll County,
Maryland, of 20 shares of the Capital stock of the Union Mills
Savings Bank of Carroll County, appraised at $1,500, and 1
share of the capital stock of the Silver Run Telephone Com-
pany appraised at $100.
To the sale, grant and deed to The Salvation Army, a
corporation of the State of New York, incorporated by Act
1899, Chapter 468, its successors and assigns, from Fred W.
Seiler and Lillian Seller, his wife, which deed is dated April
16, 1924, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4179, folio 263, etc,
