SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 251, of Article 13, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, titled "Harford County, " as
enacted by Chapter 680 of the Acts of 1916 be and the same
is hereby repealed.

Approved April 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 115.

AN ACT to provide, create and regulate fees to be allowed
Justices of the Peace and Constables, and to be charged in
all cases in suits and proceedings brought before the Justices
of the Peace in Allegany County, Maryland, whose juris-
diction extends to and includes Election Districts Nos. 4,
5, 6, 14, 22, 23 and 29, in which said Justices have juris-
diction.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the following fees shall be charged and allowed
Justices of the Peace and Constables in Allegany County,
Maryland, in all suits and proceedings and causes brought be-
fore them, in Election Districts Nos. 4, 5, 6, 14, 22, 23 and 29,
in which their jurisdiction extends, and any contiguous Elec-
tion District or Districts thereto in which said Justices have
jurisdiction; said fees shall be chargeable in both civil and
Criminal proceedings and be allowed therein and shall be col-
lectible and recoverable as debts are now collected in actions
at law; said fees shall be as follows:
