Owens to John W. Richardson recorded in Liber A. W. B.
No. 368, folio 326 &c., and as ... north next adjoin-
ing said lot on the north.

And beginning for the second thereof on the line of the
easternmost side of Forrest St. formerly Friendship St. at the
point where the same is intersected by the second line of the
whole tract of land which by deed of assignment dated Nov.
8, 1864, and recorded among the Land Records aforesaid, in
Liber A. M. No. 2631, folio 434, was granted by Thomas J.
Irving to Charles M. Meyer; and running thence northwardly
with second line reversely to a point five feet north of the
southernmost outline of the parcel of ground which was con-
veyed by Alexander Turnbill and Thomas I. Gott to Samuel
Hamilton Caughy, Trustee, by deed dated April 28, 1847, and
recorded as aforesaid, in Liber A. W. B. No. 379, folio 312;
thence due west four feet, or thereabout, to Forrest St., and
thence southwardly binding on the easternmost side of For-
rest St., five feet, or thereabout, to the place of beginning.

To the bequests contained in the last Will and Testament
of Joseph Englar, deceased, of Carroll County, the said will
being probated Aug. 18, 1925, and recorded in W. F. B.
Vol. 13, folio 40 of the Records in the Office of the Regis-
ter of Wills of Carroll County:

(a) To $300 to the Eastern Dist, of the Maryland Church
of the Brethren of Blue Ridge College, New Windsor.

(b) To $100 to the Trustees of the Pipe Creek Brethren
Cemetery, Uniontown District Carroll County.

To the bequest of $500. to Blue Ridge College, New Windsor,
as contained in the last will and testament of Laura V. Englar,
deceased, probated, Nov. 24, 1924, and recorded in W. F. B.
Vol. 13, folio 69 of the Records in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Carroll County.

To the bequests contained in the last will and testament of
Sarah Simon, said will being probated Jan. 19, 1926, and re-
corded in Liber E. R. D. No. 154, folio 196, in the office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City:

(a) To the bequest of $300 to Oheb Yankov Synagogue.

(b) To the bequest of $200 to Oheb Yankov Synagogue
Chevre Kadisha.

(c) To the bequest of $300 to Oheb Yankov Synagogue
Chevre Tiluni.

To the bequest of $1,000 contained in the last will and
testament of Edith Robinson, deceased, of Baltimore City to
