rent of one hundred and thirty-three dollars ($133.00).
To the purchase by the Mission Board of the Baltimore
Congregations belonging to the Evangelical Lutheran Synod-
ical Conference of North America of Baltimore City, of the
lot of ground situate in the City of Baltimore at the corner
formed by the intersection of the southwest side of Cross Street
with the southeast side of Cleveland Street, with, a frontage
on the southwest side of Cross Street, of thirty-eight feet, with a
depth southwesterly of eighty-nine feet, more or less, to an
alley ten feet wide, subject to an annual ground rent of one
hundred and thirty-three dollars ($133.00), and more fully
and particularly described in a deed bearing date the 18th
day of July, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2674, folio 114, etc.,
from the Luther Memorial Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Baltimore City.
To the purchase by the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church
of Baltimore County, of the lot of ground situate in Balti-
more County from the Mission Board of the Baltimore Congre-
gations Belonging to the Evangelical Lutheran Synodical Con-
ference of North America of Baltimore City, by deed bear-
ing date the 28th day of September, 1917, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C.
No. 487, folio 352, etc. Said lot of ground containing one
acre of land, more or less.
To the purchase by the Mission Board of the Baltimore
Congregations belonging to the Evangelical Lutheran Synodi-
cal Conference of North America of Baltimore City, of the
lot of ground situate in Baltimore County from Gottlieb Stengel
and wife, by deed bearing date the 31st day of May, 1906,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County
in Liber W. P. C. No. 298, folio 375. Said lot containing one
acre of land, more or less.
To the gifts, bequests and devises contained in the last
will and testament of Robert J. Noonan late of Baltimore City,
deceased, bearing date the 1st of January, 1916, of record in
the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber H. W. J. No. 123, folio 284 to the Little Sisters of the
Poor, St. Vincent de Paul Society of Baltimore City, St. Joseph
German Hospital of Baltimore City, The Sisters of the B on
Secour for the Care of the Sick of Baltimore City, and St.
Agnes Hospital located at Mt. Dougherty of Baltimore City.
