1464 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 670

To a deed from Peregrini Gorsuch to the Trustees of the
Third English Lutheran Church, now Third English Evangel-
ical Lutheran Church of Baltimore, Maryland, dated September
10, 1868 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber G. R. No. 397, folio 426.

To a deed from Samuel K. Smith to the First Congregational
Church of Baltimore, now the Associate Congregational Church
of Baltimore, dated December 1, 1897 and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 1707, folio
202.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of George Gunther, deceased, which will is dated
May 23, 1911, and is of record in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 113,
folio 485, etc.

(a) Bequest of $100.00 to the General German Orphan As-
sociation of Baltimore City.

(b) Bequest of $500.00 to St. Anthony's Orphan Asylum of
Baltimore City.

(c) Bequest of $400.00 to St. Joseph's Hospital and Free
Dispensary of Baltimore City.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Mary O, Fields, deceased, which will is dated
March 6, 1922, and is of record in the Office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City, in Wills Liber E. R. D. No. 155,
folio 167, etc.

(a) Bequest of $100.00 to the Rector of St. Ignatius Ro-
man Catholic Church, for masses.

(b) Bequest of $100.00 to St. Mary's Industrial School.

(c) Bequest of $100.00 to the Carmelite Convent of Balti-
more.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Mary W. Volk, deceased, which will is dated June 14,
1923, and is of record in the Office of the Register of Wills of
Baltimore City, in Wills Liber B. R. D. No. 152, folio 35, etc.

(a) Bequest of $200.00 to Rev. John J. Murray, Rector of
St. Elizabeth's Roman Catholic Church, Baltimore- for masses.

(b) Bequest of $200.00 to Rev. Jos. Schmidt, Rector of St.
Michael's Roman Catholic Church, for masses.

(c) Bequest of $200.00 to St. Anthony's Orphan Asylum
of Baltimore City.

(d) Bequest of $200.00 to St. Vincent de Paul Society of
Baltimore City.
