(c) To the Children's Home of the Eastern Shore of Mary-
land, Diocese of Easton, Talbot County, Maryland, the sum of
Five Hundred Dollars.

To the gifts, bequests and devises contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Bettie Nax, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, bearing date of the 6th day of August, 1919, and record-
ed in the Office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in
Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 140, folio 355, to the Most Reverend
James Cardinal Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Bal-
timore for the Time being and his Successors in the Archepis-
sopal See of Baltimore According to the Discipline and Gov-
ernment of the Roman Catholic Church, a corporation sole,.
The Frederick Academy of the Visitation in Frederick City,.
Maryland, St. James Home for Boys of Baltimore City, St.
Joseph's Seminary, Rt. Reverend William W. Ketcham, Vis-
itation Convent of Baltimore City, St. Vincent de Paul Society
of Baltimore, Young Catholic's Friend Society, St. Elizabeth's
Asylum for Colored Orphans and the Little Sisters of the
Poor.

To the conveyance to the First English Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore City, a body corporate, from Clayton N.
Triplett and Lucie B. Triplett, his wife, and by the Apart-
ment Corporation, of two adjoining lots of ground comprising
one consolidated lot, situated at the southeast corner of Charles
Street and Thirty-ninth St., Baltimore City, dated the 21st
day of July 1925, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4430, folio 449, etc., and
in deed from the Apartment Corporation to said church, dated
the 17th day of August, 1925, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4441, folio
136, etc.;

To the conveyance the Trustees of the First English Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City of one lot of ground
situated at the Southwest corner of Maine Ave. and Hillsdale
Road, (formerly called Norwood Avenue), from Louisa V,
Megary and Joseph M. Megary, described in a deed from said
Louisa V. Megary and Joseph M. Megary, her husband, to the
Trustees of said church, dated the 17th day of October, 1922,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 3921, folio 117, etc.

To the deed from Edward J. Church and wife to the English
Evangelical Lutheran Church worshiping in Luther Chapel,,
Baltimore, Maryland, now Third English Evangelical Luther-
an Church of Baltimore, Maryland, dated March 5, 1856 and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
E. D. No. 100, folio 377.
