Thousand ($25, 000. 00) Dollars; for the improvement and re-
pair of the public school building at Mt. Airy, not exceeding
the sum of Twenty-five Thousand ($25, 000. 00) Dollars; for the
improvement and repair of the Charles Carroll School, near Sil-
ver Run, not exceeding the sum of Ten Thousand ($10, 000. 00)
Dollars; and for a public school building at Uniontown, the sum
of not exceeding Five Thousand ($5, 000. 00) Dollars.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Board of Edu-
cation of Carroll County shall from time to time determine the
order and succession in which said public school buildings de-
signated in Section 2 of this Act shall be erected and equipped,
purchased, or improved and repaired, and shall forthwith no-
tify in writing the said The County Commissioners of Carroll
County of said determination.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That, if the said Board of
Education shall sell any of the present school property at either
of the places named in Section 2 hereof, the money arising from
said sale shall be applied toward the cost of purchasing land as
a site for the new public school building, (if the said Board of
Education shall purchase land for such purpose) and the cost
of erecting and equipping the new public school building to be
there erected; and the bonds to be sold by the said The County
Commissioners of Carroll County to provide the money f or the
erection and equipping of a new public school building at such
place shall be for an amount less the amount realized by the
Board of Education from said sale.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That when the said Board
of Education shall have notified the said The County Commis-
sioners of Carroll County of the first public school building or
buildings, designated in Section 2 of this Act, that it purposes
to erect and equip, purchase, or improve and repair, and of the
amount of money necessary therefor, and when the contract or
contracts therefor have been awarded as hereinafter provided,
the said The County Commissioners of Carroll County shall
issue, advertise and sell, as hereinafter provided, a series of said
bonds, so many of the same as may be necessary to produce the
sum of money designated by the said Board of Education, not to
exceed the several amounts specified in Section 2 of this Act for
the respective school buildings in said Section 2 provided for;
and as often as the said Board of Education shall have notified
the said The County Commissioners of Carroll County of its
purpose to erect and equip, purchase, or improve or repair any
of the school building's specified in Section 2 of this Act, the
said The County Commissioners of Carroll County shall issue,
advertise and sell, as hereinafter provided, a series of said bonds,
