SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That at the regular town
election to be held in April, 1928, there may be submitted to
the voters of the town of St. Michaels, in the discretion of
the commissioners of said town, the question whether or not
the aforegoing provisions shall take effect, and upon the bal-
lots to be used at such town election, in case the Commissioners
decide to submit said question, there shall be printed or writ-
ten the words "For Reorganization" and "Against Reorgani-
zation, " and if a majority of the votes cast upon said question
shall be "For Reorganization, " then the provisions of the
aforegoing section shall take effect; but if a majority of the
votes cast upon said question shall be "Against Reorganiza-
tion, " or if said question be not submitted to the voters of
said town at such election in April, 1928, then this Act shall
be null and void and of no effect.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 586.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Licenses, " sub-
title "Garages, " said new section to be known as Section
228-A and to follow immediately after Section 228 of said
Article, providing for an exemption for space required to be
kept clear, and for the licensing of all garages where three
or more motor vehicles are stored for a consideration,
whether in one room or in separate or private compartments.

CHAPTER 587.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 56
of Article 101 of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, Edition of 1924, title "Workmen's Compensation, "
sub-title "Appeals, " authorizing the removal of causes ap-
pealed from the State Industrial Accident Commission and
providing; for the allowance of interest on payments of com-
pensation deferred by reason of such appeal.
