ter 339 of the Acts of 1900, and that four (4) sub-sections
be added to said Section 42 as hereby re-enacted, said sub-
sections to be designated 42, sub-section 1, 42, sub-section 2, 42,
sub-section 3 and 42, sub-section 4, respectively, so that said
Section 42 and said sub-sections shall read as follows:

THE CORPORATE LIMITS

The corporate limits of the Town of Cambridge shall in-
clude the land and territory contained and embraced within
the following metes and bounds, courses and distances, to wit:

Beginning for the western limit at a large cement bounder,
marked on the top thereof "C 1927 No. 1, " set down on the
southern shore of the Great Choptank River and on the west-
ward side of what is called the Great Marsh, to the north-
westward of the Town of Cambridge, the said tract of land
called the Great Marsh being owned by Robert E. Tubman,
from thence (1) South 41 degrees 45 minutes west 3612 feet
to another cement bounder, marked on the top thereof "C
1927 No. 2, " set down on the southwestward side of Glas-
gow Street; thence (2) South 31 degrees 50 minutes west
4296 feet to another cement bounder marked on the top there-
of "C 1927 No. 3, " set down on the southwest side of the state
road leading from Cambridge to Lloyds; thence (3) south
45 degrees 50 minutes east 5504 feet to another cement bounder
marked on the top thereof "C 1927 No. 4, " set down on the
east side of the state, road leading from Cambridge to Church
Creek; (4 North 83 degrees 10 minutes east 4136 feet to an-
other cement bounder marked on the top thereof "C 1927
No. 5, " set down on the south side of the Cambridge and
Seaford Railroad Roundhouse; thence (5) North 30 degrees
14 minutes east 4546 feet to another cement bounder marked
on the top thereof "C 1927 No. 6, " and set down on the south-
ward shore of the Great Choptank River to the eastward of
the Town of Cambridge; thence with the same course, to wit:
(6) North 30 degrees 14 minutes east to the territorial boundary
line between Talbot and Dorchester Counties in the waters of
the Great Choptank River; thence (7) Down and with said
Boundary line between the said two counties toward the Chesa-
peake Bay to a point in said line of division which bears North
41 degrees 45 minutes east from the place of beginning; thence
(8) South 41 degrees 45 minutes west to the beginning stone;
the bearings being the true bearings as of March 8, 1927, as
surveyed by Guy L. Bryan, Jr., Civil Engineer.

And all of the territory within the said last named lines
shall be, and it is the corporate territory of the Town of Cam-
bridge, in Dorchester County, Maryland. And the said cor-
