passed by a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of
all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of
its passage.

CHAPTER 531.

AN ACT to authorize and empower John A. Adams to con-
struct a wharf in Dorchester County not exceeding fifty feet
in width and extending out into Back Creek, a tributary of
the Honga River, not more than two hundred feet.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That John A. Adams be and he is hereby author-
ized and empowered to construct a wharf in Dorchester County
not exceeding fifty feet in width and extending out into Back
Creek, a tributary of the Honga River, not more than two
-hundred feet.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1927.

CHAPTER 532.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the Conservation Depart-
ment of Maryland to require all persons fishing or boating
on the waters of Deep Creek Lake, located in Garrett
County, now under lease to the State of Maryland by the
Eastern Land Corporation and the Youghiogheny Hydro
Electric Corporation, to secure a license therefor; pre-
scribing the manner in which said licenses are to be issued
and the cost thereof, and how license fees are to be col-
lected; authorizing the establishment of fish hatcheries
thereon and providing for the maintenance thereof; defining
the kinds and classes of boats which may be used thereon;
requiring all owners of boats to secure a license therefor;
