testament of David S. Boyer, late of Washington County,
deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber No. lo, folios 259, etc.,
one of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills
of Washington County.

112. To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of Virginia S. Nicodemus, late of Washington
County, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber 15, folios 264,
etc., one of the record books in the office of Register of Wills-
for Washington County:

(a) To the bequest of the proceeds of the sale of her
jewelry, precious stones and watches, to the trustees of the
Presbyterian Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, to be by
them used for some substantial improvement to the church
edifice, such improvement to be sanctioned by her executor
and Norman B. Scott III.

(b) To the bequest of four thousand dollars to the trustees
of the Presbyterian Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, to be
by said trustees and their successors invested and from time
to time re-invested and the interest and income therefrom is
to be by them applied to the payment of the pastor's annual
salary and the current expenses of the said church.

(c) To the bequest of two thousand dollars to The Ladies
Circle of the Presbyterian Church of Hagerstown, Mary-
land, to be by them invested and the interest and income there-
from to be used by said Ladies Circle in their discretion.

(d) The rest and residue of her estate to the Young Men's
Christian Association of Hagerstown, Incorporated.

113. To the following bequests contained in the last will
and testament of S. Martin Bloom, late of Washington Coun-
ty, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber No. 15, folios 229,
etc., one of the record books in the office of the Register of
Wills for Washington County:

(a) To the bequest of eight thousand dollars to Zion Re-
formed Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, and the additional
sum of one thousand dollars unto said church to be added to
their graveyard fund for the keeping and care of the grave-
yard in the rear of the said church.

(b) To the bequest of five thousand dollars to Christ's
Reformed Church on West Franklin Street, Hagerstown,
Maryland.
