Carroll County at interest upon the trust that the said prin-
cipal sum shall not be withdrawn, disturbed or expended and
that the interest accruing thereon shall be paid to the Grace
Methodist Episcopal Church of Hampstead Circuit in Balti-
more County, Md., as to the two thousand dollars of said fund
for the upkeep of the cemetery and for the general expense
of said church, and as to the balance of $1,813.61 for the gen-
eral expense of said Church.
108. To the bequest of five hundred dollars to Saint
John's Episcopal Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, con-
tained in the last will and testament of Susan M. Gaines, late
of Washington County, deceased, of record in "Wills," Liber
No. 15, folio 222, etc., one of the record books in the office
of the Register of Wills of Washington County.
109. To the bequest of three hundred dollars to the
Juniata College at Huntingdon, State of Pennsylvania, to be
invested by the said Juniata College and the proceeds thereof
used for the education of young men for the Ministery of the
Church of the Brethren, contained in the last will and testa-
ment of W. Scott Reichard, late of Washington County, de-
ceased, of record in Wills, Liber No. 15, folios 229, etc., one
of the record books in the office of the Register of Wills of
Washington County.
110. To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Vestry
and Wardens of Saint John's Protestant Episcopal Church,
the church whereof is at Hagerstown, Maryland, to be in-
vested and from time to time re-invested and the income
arising shall be used for the benefit or maintenance of the
choir of said church, contained in the last will and testament
of George H. Hager, late of Washington County, deceased,
of record in "Wills," Liber No. 15, folios 253, etc., one of
the record books in the office of the Register of Wills of Wash-
ington County.
111. To the bequest of one-half of his estate to Zion Re-
formed Church of Hagerstown, Maryland, and of the re-
maining one-half thereof to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran
Church in Hagerstown of Washington County, after the death
of his widow, Areanna E. Boyer, and his two sons, Max A.
Boyer and Ralph L. Boyer, in the event that his said sons should
die without leaving any issue, contained in the last will and
